Travelling To The Start
Here is a Map of the location of Lea Valley Park Youth Hostel at Cheshunt.
By Car
Cheshunt is on the A10 London to King's Lynn road just 2 miles (3.2 kilometres) north of Junction 25 of the M25 Motorway. The M25 is the London orbital motorway. It is quicker to go around the M25 instead of trying to negotiate through the centre of London. The M25 can get very busy in the rush hour so avoid these timse if possible. There are no toll charges on the motorway but a small charge is levied to cross the River Thames at Dartford east of London.
The centre of London has a Congestion Charge, another good reason to avoid the centre of London.
